Basic Project Consulting Service
These engagements of days or weeks will often start with an initial gratis half hour to an hour to determine whether we can indeed help you and to define the scope of work. We can also discuss the model under which to work. The rate for services to non-profits, small seed venture funds and start-ups raising a first outside round is priced at an executive hourly rate, usually for some minimum number of hours. In addition, a model of short, focused, personalized founder-centered guidance (under a simplified terms of use agreement for B2C services), allows à la carte engagement on issues critical to founders who are designing a new venture. Intermediate Projects
An intermediate project of weeks or months is conducted under a short term consulting agreement with an upfront retainer and a scope of work for both retainer and hourly portions of the project. Contact us to learn more.
Long Term Engagement
A long term engagement of months or years, for a long term project or fractional team member role, is put in place after an initial project of shorter scope to ensure success is achievable and the time commitment will work for the parties. A long term contract includes a signing and/or quarterly retainer and usually an hourly portion. The contract lays out the scope of work for both retainer and hourly portions of the project.
